TW: Prostitution
The pandemic is still here and we know the implications are disastrous, especially for at-risk youth. Throughout the course of the pandemic, ELEM released multiple concerning reports about the escalation of risk for youth, even those who weren’t at-risk before.

One especially worrisome phenomenon is the rise of youth on the prostitution spectrum as a result of stress and need for money during a time of job loss and isolation. Some did that just to find any means of escape. They wanted to not feel for a moment. But it made things even worse.
