This week we’ve launched our new Ambassadors Initiative!
Youth, young people, and all who want to help ELEM grow through work in their own communities are welcome to become ambassadors.
If you wonder why we chose this week, it’s because this week would’ve been the 18th birthday of Isabella Saeedy.
Isabella passed away recently after a long battle with cancer. Three sweet friends of hers – Emily, Julia and Francesca, decided to raise money in her memory through the Isabella Saeedy Memorial Fund.
We’re so proud of these young women becoming ELEM’s first ambassadors! We are inspired to see high school seniors taking this initiative and cherishing their friends by doing good.
We’ve recently held an Instagram Live with them. If you hear and read what they had to say about Isabella, you’ll feel inspired. She wanted to make the world a better place.
“As an advocate for social justice, she found power in positivity, spreading her energy and affection in her high school community as a student leader and committed scientist ready to uncover the cure for cancer,” her friends wrote.
We invite you to support the efforts of these incredible young women by visiting the Isabella Saeedy Memorial Fund.
