Patricia Heaton is a three-time Emmy Award-winning actress and producer and is most well known for her role in the award-winning show, ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ and ‘The Middle’. She has been married for 32 years to actor/director David Hunt with whom she shares four sons. She is an ambassador for the Christian relief organization World Vision that works with impoverished and at-risk youth around the world. Patricia recently authored her highly acclaimed book, “Your Second Act: Inspiring Stories of Transformation”.
In the aftermath of October 7th, Patricia started a non-profit and is the founder of O7C, an organization, but really a movement, calling on Christians and ALL people to stand visibly and vocally for Israel and against the rise of antisemitism.
We are so honored that she has accepted ELEM’s LifeSaver Award in recognition of her long career of advocacy for youth, and lifelong commitment to standing boldly with Israel – most recently standing vocally as the lone celebrity voice outside the encampments of Columbia University in NYC in May. Patricia was also named as an ambassador by Yad Vashem for this year’s Holocaust Remembrance Day.
Patricia works tirelessly to help light the fire in congregations and churches, boldly calling Christian leaders to open their doors to the Jewish Community around the country. Through her staunch support of the Jewish community and Israel, Patricia’s voice is vital in ensuring that the work of ELEM – created by Jewish Americans for Israelis of all backgrounds – can continue.
