Advocacy & Policy Change

ELEM is a leading voice for Israel’s at-risk youth, working tirelessly to influence policy, shape national priorities, and ensure that young people in crisis are seen, heard, and supported.

Our experts regularly participate in Knesset hearings, partner with government ministries and local authorities, and help guide public discourse on the most urgent issues affecting teens and young adults.

In addition to our direct work with youth, ELEM’s social workers, therapists, and field experts train hundreds of professionals each year, publish research and position papers, and collaborate with corporate and community partners to promote volunteer engagement and awareness.
